In such a situation, a question is arising whether such a situation is arising due to going to the gym or doing workouts or is there any other reason. Know what Mukul Mishra, former Heart Specialist of Lucknow's Lohia Institute, has to say about this.
Heart attack has nothing to do with gym
Dr Mukul Mishra says that heart attack has nothing to do with gym. You need to pay full attention to your diet and lifestyle. Smoking and drinking are also one of the reasons behind this. When anything becomes excessive, whether it is mental stress or physical, the body is unable to tolerate it. Your chaotic lifestyle leads you to disease. After the age of 40-45, the tolerance capacity of the body gradually starts decreasing. If we talk about workouts, then the advice of the trainer must be taken. If you are more than 40 years old then you can walk or run.
South Asians are at higher risk
Mukul Mishra, former heart specialist of Lohia Institute, says that South Asian people ie we are more prone to it. There is a 10 to 15 percent higher risk than in Europe. There are more severe attacks at a young age. For this you need to pay attention to your diet and lifestyle. Divide each activity according to time. You should avoid eating junk food outside because you are unaware of what would have been used to make it. Diabetes, high BP and cholesterol also have to be taken care of and accordingly you have to give weight to your body. Lest you impose the weight that your body is not capable of carrying.
Try to reduce the stress level
Dr. Mukul Mishra says that there is a need to reduce the stress level. But it is often difficult to do so. Keep the environment around you a little light. Your mental stress can also be the cause of cardiac arrest. In today's hectic life, people are worried about the workload. Experts say that today instead of job security, one should be concerned about health. Instead of doing the work mindfully, one should start enjoying it.
